Soup Like A Boss – Clam Kale Chowder

1 cup cream potatoes

1 cup squash

1 cup onions

1 cup zucchini/mushrooms

100 g. kale

1 can cannelloni beans

1/2 tbsp. canola oil

1 can bar harbor chopped clams

1 tbsp. clam juice from can

1/4 cup chopped wheat grass

1/4 cup Avocado

1 clove garlic

1 pinch salt

1 tsp. pinch black pepper

1 tsp. Basil

1 Carton Organic Chicken Stock

2 cups Almond milk

2 cups water

Directions:

1.) Boil Squash and Cream Potatoes w/ Canola Oil and pinch Salt for 10 mins.

2.) Add Onions, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Kale, Clams, Clam Juice, Wheatgrass, Garlic, Basil, Black pepper, Chicken Stock and Milk, and let simmer for 8 mins.

3.) Add Avocado, salt and pepper to taste, and serve

4.) Save the rest for leftovers

Eat like a boss!
